I decided to spend this off day doing a photo essay on the People Mover stations. Unfortunately, it wasn't long before me and my now-notorious tripod drew the notice of the security detail. This is the best of what I was able to do up to that point. I borrowed this idea from a photo I saw in the Detroit Free Press last year and I'd been wanting to try it out myself ever since. My camera didn't allow for as long an exposure as I'd have liked but this is close to what I was trying to do.

The 200 foot tall Super Bowl XL logo atop the RenCen Marriot. Not as fun as the baseball smashing through a window that was on it for the All Star game, it still is impressive at night.
