The base of the Science centre tower in Glasgow, the tallest free standing structure in Scotland and one of the only buildings in the world that can turn full 360 degrees around. Just to the right is the two funnels of the P.S. Waverley, the last sea-going paddle steamer in the world, docked for the winter season and annual coat of paint.

A close up of the Glasgow tower, I like the colour tone in these shots - the setting sun gives the tower an usual sense of warmth. Normally it's cold blue tones. Nowt like a setting sun at the right time of day :-)

Looking up through the Glasgow Tower. This 127m tower is the highest building in Scotland and the only tower in the world which rotates through 360 degrees.
