One of the most important parts of preparing for playing a gig is selecting the right t-shirt to wear. From my previous band's gigs, I had my usual lucky shirts that I would wear, but this time I decided to start afresh. Of course, my motorhead and sabbath shirts have seen me through a lot of gig action, but I decided to try three debutantes in the form of the Fu Manchu, Melvins and Winnebago Deal shirts. In the end I opted for the Fu Manchu shirt, and the gig was a bit rubbish, so maybe I'll leave it alone for next time I play, whenever that might end up being.

My now-broken Olympus Trip 35, sitting on my Kitchen table. He'll be getting replaced with another one soon though, don't worry! Shot with Olympus OM10 and Zuiko 50mm f/1.8 on Ilford HP5. Developed shoddily by me in Ilfosol S developer. This was one of the frames from the first roll I ever developed, and the graininess is down to the scanner having to compensate for the fact that I didn't fix the film for long enough.

Kids, this is what happens when you spend too much time farting about with your camera trying to take pictures of toast, rather than making the preparations to munch this delicious tasty foodstuff. :( Shot with Seagull TLR on Kodak Portra 160VC Medium Format Film.

I saw this newspaper blowing down the street and wondered if I'd stepped into some kind of odd space-time singularity based in Partick...

Shot of my flatmate's fairy lights, with my nice shiny new Nikon D700. Just bought it today, and it makes me extremely happy.
