Tucson Tour 001
Made by Frank Lloyd Wrong
The intersection of 4th Avenue and 7th Street in Tucson, AZ. I am on the NE corner, facing SW. I intend to photograph many street corners in Tucson, because when I look through the geotagged photos of places I used to live I want to get a sense of being there not see photos of your Uncle's retirement party (Not that there's anything wrong with that! I will be going all through Tucson and photographing intersections that seem interesting. In this case, the SW corner of the intersection is totally dominated by a store called Hippy Gypsy... For the discriminating rich-kid/pot-head who wants to pay $500 to look like a beggar. Also note: Actual poverty-stricken beggar hippie kids flock to this street.

Spare some change
Made by Zebe
The gentleman in the blue jacket, one of the denizens of 4th Avenue, asked these girls for change, and later how old they were. After the blonde gave him some money and told him she was just over 18, he asked for a hug. She obliged, and he responded... they always have problems with the hug. In this case, apparently not.

Caruso's Lasagna
Made by tricherson
Delicious lasagna from Caruso's Restaurant in Tucson, Arizona, where we met up prior to the All Souls Procession. I highly recommend outside seating at Caruso's. The patio, aquarium, and landscaping give it the feel of being in someone's backyard--very cozy and relaxed.

Red light
Made by tricherson
Most of my shots seem to be frame-filling, so this a rare shot that I had to post. It's also the first of my Tucson meet up pictures of the Tucson by Day variety...more to come.

Holding a Half-Eaten Kumquat
Made by Daniel Greene
Andy noticed that they actually had a kumquat tree in the back patio of Caruso's Italian Restaurant, where we were sitting outside and having lunch. Wonderful place in Tucson!
