On Sunday, May 22, 2011; Jim and Judy ate a breakfast of scrambled eggs, ham, toast, fruit, milk, and coffee on the patio at the Wyndham Grand Desert Resort. After a nooze on the patio lounge chairs, we donned our swimsuits and walked down to the resort pool. Judy exercised with the noodle--bicycling and swimming. Jim joined Judy in the pool for awhile. Then we both lay in the lounge chairs for a little sun and listened to music on our iPod/iPhone. Next we got dressed and drove down to Fremont Street and ate supper in the Golden Gate Casino's restaurant, Du-Par's of Los Angeles. We watched people zipline down through the Fremont Street Experience. Finally we drove back to the resort and sat out on the patio as the sun set over Las Vegas.

Jim and Judy traveled on Friday, May 13, 2011 from Valdosta to Atlanta to Las Vegas on 2 Delta flights. We ate dinner in the Atlanta Airport at Chili's and made a quick stop in the Sky Club. After arriving in Vegas, we took the shuttle to the car rental place and got our rental car from Hertz. Finally we made it to our room at the Wyndham Grand Desert Resort for a few hours of sleep. On Sat., May 14, 2011; we enjoyed breakfast on the patio. The weather and low humidity were perfect.

On Thursday, May 26, 2011; Jim and Judy enjoyed the day at the Wyndham Grand Desert Resort. First was breakfast on the patio. Then they enjoyed the day laying in the shade and sun of the patio, reading books and pamphlets about Death Valley and Hoover Dam. In the late afternoon, there was a concert that could be heard from the resort pool. It was a most relaxing last day before our flight home tomorrow. Better get packing!
