The lights on the left are the research centre (more A4 instructions over the door) and out of shot is the information desk, where they provide photocopied unlabelled maps and point out the visitors entrance, which isn't even shown as a door on the map.

Yeah, ok, quoting silly bits of silly films probably isn't the best way of naming images of Europarl, but it's beginning to get a bit wearing now. And anyway, the place could do with some petrifying flying monkeys to liven it up a bit.
