Empty seats in a lecture theatre located in engineering block A at the University of Calgary. I was going through some old engineering newspapers (the GaG) today and there was a photo taken 20 years ago of this same theatre. Nothing has seemed to change. This room is ancient. Engineering needs a major facelift.

This board has been sitting on the table for at least a year and I wonder how long it has been there. You can see the holes that it once occupied above it. Kind of makes the engineering building look cheap... as if it needed help to do that.

This is just one of the many quality items that are in the civil engineering homerooms. You can also see the lovely walls the yellow looking part was white paint once... say 15 years ago. And the white is patching plaster.
