Built in 1910, this building was the C.M. Wentz lumberyard from the 1920s to the 1950s. It then housed a variety of businesses until it underwent a sympathetic exterior renovation in the 1990s. Today it is the home of Off-Broadway Antiques and Weczeria Food & Wine.
