The newly illuminated CN Tower rising above the Rogers Centre (aka SkyDome). I'm baaaaaaaack! So sorry for my month-long absence from Flickr. I've been busy with visiting family, work, preparing for another year of university and life in general. Also trying to enjoy what's left of the summer! To add to that, my computer was broken for the longest time, which is the main reason I haven't posted any photos in so long. Not only did I not have access to the photos themselves, I only do my editing on the PC. I tried to do it on the laptop, but everything looks completely different on it. I'm looking forward to posting some new photos! So glad to be back! On for August 22nd, 2007.

bay street, just south of bloor. my new wide angle zoom lens (canon ef-s 10-22) arrived and I'm putting it to some tests. so far I'm very impressed with it. this was shot from inside our friend Marjan's car while I held the camera out the sunroof shooting a number of shots blindly, hoping for a good composition. the fact that I played a solid 5 hours of Outrun 2006 on my PSP might have something to do with this too! (best viewed large)

So early in the morning... but, with the extra week of Daylight Savings Time here, it wasn't as early as it could have been. This was the day with the latest sunrise of the entire year. These exposures were taken at around 5:45am. It was absolutely pitch dark. Twilight: 7:25 Sunrise: 7:55 7exp HDRI (Top Explore Position 5 -- November 10th, 2007)
