This is the new Speck Street parking garage under construction on the Texas State University campus. I've always liked the intricacy of the scaffolding the workers erect while these things are in progress and, being a mild acrophobe, find the guys who scamper around on top rather impressive. This is my February 1 upload for February 2008's A Photo A Day project.
