Standing over the tracks of the Loop elevated. That's the Trump Tower rising in the background, one of the most visible buildings in Chicago due to its location off the street grid. This past weekend was the last major concrete pour, at 1125 feet. The addition of a spire will raise it to 1362 feet.

On the day I visited, I discovered that there had been a fire in the upper floors the night before. Hence the police tape. A shame it was closed, but I understand they will reopen soon.
