Today I made a roadtrip to Leipzig to visit the Wave-Gotik-Treffen. It´s the second year I don´t attend the festival full time since the line-up was pretty crappy. But every year there´s a huge gathering of members of an internet community that I don´t want to miss. The rest of the day was spent in medieval times, sitting in the sun and NOT drinking mead. Damn responsible driving. ;) This picture was taken in front of the Moritzbastei, an old bastion in the centre of Leipzig built between 1551 and 1553. It hosts one of the two medieval fairs alongside the WGT. I guess next year I´ll spend the whole four days in Leipzig again. I miss the spirit of the campground.
