Shiny new building on Cambie St. at 16th. This corner is going to change SO much. Four houses will be torn down on the block northeast of Cambie on 16th to make room for condo development. A block of older townhomes will be torn down on the block southwest along 16th. Right now all the boarded up buildings and unkempt greenery is kind of creepy and depressing, especially since I suspect most of the trees are doomed.
