There's a park in Capitol Hill; I think it's called the Cal Anderson Park. There's a large fountain and sun pool system there. This was a building that was at the end of the pools and fountains. I didn't investigate it too closely. People like to sit on the ledge around it with their feet in the water. The water is only a few inches deep.
