The man on the left is an official, but I don't remember who; I think he was the mayor of Caddo Mills. My understanding is the other men in the room are Armadillo Aerospace employees. The laptops are part of AA's launch control system. I did not wish to interrupt what they were doing, and I didn't take very many notes, so my information is a bit sketchy.
