Fact About The Underground: It's the oldest tube still in service in the Underground since 1968 (dubbed as the 1967 stock refurbished in the 90's), it's one of those tube which curve gracefully like a supermodel from the 1950's, despite the fact it's slow, cramped, loud (and boy, it is loud) shaky and hot, it still look great with all the curve in the right place and bear resemblance of the older deep levels tube, it's also the first train in the world to have an automatic train operation. It's going to be replaced soon in 2009 with the all-new Victoria Line tube, that'll also have the same automatic train operation (all automatic, like the DLR, expect a driver have to be in it to open and close door safety), I'm excited but sad at the same time, more excited because it'll be much bigger than the current stock speeding in the the Northern Line and Jubilee Line as the Victoria Line has an unusually large loading gauge, better air circulation to keep cool, quiter and a lots quicker, an extra 9.7 minutes in bed every hours, but still sad to see it go.

Someone on a bike trapped under the 59 bus in Brixton town centre. The police seemed to be talking to them, so hopefully they're OK. You can see that the bus has been raised up at the front by the fire brigade.

The southern end of the Victoria Line, though I understand the tracks go on for several hundred yards in the direction of Herne Hill where there's a loop. Just a hint of a proper SE London Tube system...
