a former church built in the early 1900's, by 2006 it was successfully converted to a concert hall where the main resident is teh london Symphony Orchestra. On the left hand side of the street the scaffolding hiding the conversion to residential use of teh former local telephone exchange.

Built as the First Church of Christ Scientist, this is no longer a Christian Science church but a concert hall in Chelsea, just off Sloane Square. Art deco, but not immediately obviously so. From here it looks almost like a mosque.
