Known as an Eiffel tower wanabee the Tokyo Tower is 13 meters higher and 3,000 tons lighter than its counterpart and is the world's tallest self-supporting steel tower. This is a good place to visit at night, you get a great perpsective on the massive size of the city. On this 360 degree view you seem to see neon lights and buildings forever. There is two different observations levels you can buy, one at 150 m (820 yen) and the special observatory at 250m (600 yen). If you go you might as well pay the extra 5-6 US dollars to get to the highest observatory. I would not suggest a day time trip unless it's a very clear day. The smog in Tokyo would make it hard too see a distance

One of the two largest fish markets in the world is located here in Tokyo. This market handles over 615 thousand tons of fish every year. The best time to visit this market is around 5-6am when the Tuna auctions are happening. This place is really abuzz with fish and people scrambling all over. This market is open Monday-Saturday One word of warning though, this is a work site with many carts going at a higher speed through the aisle and roadways here. They will hit you if your not paying attention and stay out of the way.

Subway Map Tokyo

The first time you take the subway in Tokyo it can be very intimidating. You see a huge map with multiple lines and are unsure what to pay. It is actually quite easy if you know your destination. Once you find it on the map, it will have a number in yen on what to pay, usually a 20 minute rise is about 190 Yen, and thats about 9-10 stops. Do this once and it's pretty much a piece of cake from there.
