© Steve Kelley 2008 I'm a big Jackson Pollock fan and this reminded me of his style and art so I had to post although its not the greatest fireworks shot one could shoot. This is from the New York City Fourth of July 2008 fireworks show on the East River looking towards the Williamsburg Bridge, Brooklyn, and lower Manhattan. This was shot from Long Island City. 1 raw exp saved with 10 different exposure setting and then run through Photomatix. Please view on black and large:

Those barbed wires were totally useless : I've entered that building site, neglecting the death danger : no trespassing written on the main door, because there were no wires on the main door.... Yayyy how interesting it was, I'll do it again and I strongly encourage that kind of experiences ! What a strange environment in those old buildings, with destroyed bricks and smashed concrete everywhere, showing the house's rusty skeleton...
