I know a woman who makes the most amazing cookies. She made these summer sandal cookies for the staff at my work. Amazing! The best thing about them is that they taste soooooo good. They are really buttery and kind of melt in your mouth.

Every year we hold a Culture Fair at the school where I work. Students in grades 4, 5, and 6 each have a booth with items, food, music, etc. from a country they have chosen. This photo was taken at the Poland booth.
