June MMIV A study of Mexican Modernism/Regional Modernism/Brutalism/Institutional Modernism of decades past. Taking as a template, the Centro Cultural Tijuana (CECUT) and tried to improve and transplant it following the traditions set by the style, and the requirements of its new climate, location, and public.
