It's actually Odaiba, Tokyo. That is a replica of the Statue of Liberty, and to the immediate left in the background is the Tokyo Tower, a replica of the Eiffel Tower. The bridge is the famous Rainbow Bridge that connects the outlaying island to Tokyo metro.
