Today's dinner. I ate ramen at menya musashi. above is the hidden menu. The ramen shop offers three types of ramen;1) light pork broth ramen (white - shiro), 2) pork broth ramen flavoured ink of cuttlefish (black - kuro), 3) pork broth ramen flavoured hot spice(red - aka). The bowl above is the mixture of 2) and 3). Soup colour is also netheir black nor red. I mean the bowl above is not offered officially, but by asking to the shop staff and say AKA-KURO, the bowl above is served. Customers can try two flabour by one visit. The tastes was nice (but I thought it is better to eat 3) and 2) sololy than mixture of 2) &3). I expected the mixture of soup made tastes more rich, but the results was against my expectation.

I reccomend this ramen shop. Black soup contains ink of cuttlefish. really yummy! Solid and thick noodle and strong flabour of ink of cuttlefish on soup made me happy at every my vists
