Shaq in action during 11/24/07 match between the Miami Heat and the Houston Rockets. Man with these courtside seats, if they'd only let me use my 40d and my white lenses I'd have gotten some amazing shots. I had to the settle for the backup. It's small and a P&S but pretty powerful. I set it in the sports mode and shot away. Basically shooting at ISO 800. I was amazed at the number of semi decent shots I managed to get. Shooting birds in flight make shooting a sports game not too foreign to me. It's fun. My dream is to shoot a pro NBA game with my pro equipment.

They would not let me bring in my 40D to the Arena today. Bummer as I had 1st row courtside seats. Fortunately, I had my trust back up -- the Panasonic Lumix. Here's my effort with a ZLR. The battle of centers - Shaquille O'Neil, Center, Miami Heat & Yao Ming, Center, Houston Rockets. Shaq at 7'1 seems short compared to Yao at 7'6 -- Real titans.
