I hiked through Alta to Cecret Lake. Plaque No. 379 from the Daughters of Utah Pioneers was erected in 1971 to commemorate the transition of Alta from a silver mining town to a ski resort. Most visitors probably won't see this because it's buried under snow most of the year. I spent a couple of days in Snowbird Utah at the Cliff Lodge with friends. I hiked from Cliff Lodge to Cecret Lake and back.
