A walk to the Seoul Tower. A long meandering flight of steps takes you through the Namasan Mountain. See, the walkway is flanked either side by trees ...and trees. Do You see a white pillar like structure way ahead? Meet his highness Mr. Seoul Tower. A communication tower by birth, now attracts lots of tourists. It was constructed on the summit of the mountain, back in the year of 1969. It reaches a whopping 777 ft from base, and the mountain hauls it to a total of 1,574 ft above the sea level. The fun part is the view from the tower.. far down you see the urban life of Seoul, those tallish scrappers now like small anthills, big trucks and huge machines like ants, crawling. A beautiful Han river shines like a golden bracelet in the evening sun. Following the river, your eyes fall on the vast stretch of rugged mountainscape that silently dwindles and blends into the reddish horizon far far away.

Today I visited the 'War Memorial of Korea'. This is one of the many statues around the Korean War Monument.
