This brand new 60 storey, 785 foot office tower on the northside of the Chicago River just recently opened. It is built in what is historically referred to as Near North Side community area of Chicago, Illinois. It is the headquarters of Chicago mega law firm Kirkland & Ellis. They occupy approximatly 28 floors in the lower levels of the tower with the rest being divided up amongst tenants such as; Boston Consulting Firm, GTCR, & Alix Partners. This tower is a LEED Gold Certified building.
