Quarantesei anni, fiorentino doc, Vittorio rivela in ogni piatto che esce dalla sua cucina un po` di se stesso: la passione per una professione iniziata piu` di vent`anni fa; la generosita` - che traspare dal suo sorriso diretto e franco che subito mette a proprio agio -, e quella giusta dose di ironia che e` un po` come quel tocco di pepe che in una pietanza non guasta mai. Certo e` che l`amore per la cucina la famiglia, lo ha impresso nel proprio DNA visto che anche il fratello gemello di Vittorio e` anch`egli chef. Come a dire che al sangue e… allo stomaco non si comanda! Ma nemmeno al cuore, visto che Vittorio ha conosciuto la sua compagna e madre del piccolo Mattia, proprio dietro ai fornelli. Due le cose a cui non rinuncerebbe mai: una corsa con il suo cane, un Labrador di nome Bella, e la partita della Fiorentina. Enoteca Pinchiorri, Riva degli Etruschi e adesso Sin. Sentiste come cucina!!!!!!!
