yurs truly, firing the M-14 rifle. In this photo I was familiarizing with automatic fire. That sucker would almost pick you up off the ground. Perivalaki, Greece 1971 The safety was SSG John Berns, from Massilon, Ohio Notice how slender we were, and we ate like hogs! On the map I placed this photo where the old military base was located, it is now gone. However, the photo was actually taken a few miles away at a firing range. I have no clue of where that was exactly.
